We are seeking a full-time Associate Lawyer to join our growing family law practice.
Successful candidates will work closely with our founding lawyer and be supported by an experienced legal assistant and administrative assistant, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of family law matters.
Your Work
Our practice covers all core areas of family law, including:
• Separation and divorce
• Property division
• Decision-making responsibility and parenting time
• Domestic contracts
• Adoptions
(Please note: we do not handle child protection matters.)
You will have the opportunity to manage files both independently and collaboratively, with mentorship and guidance every step of the way. Your work will include both court appearances and out-of-court resolution processes.
Work Environment & Flexibility
• Flexible work arrangements: in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options available
• Office location: Bay Street, downtown Toronto
• Court work: Primarily within the GTA, with occasional travel across Ontario
• Balanced schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, approximately 9–5
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• Licensed to practice law in Ontario
• 1–3 years of experience in family law (in any Canadian jurisdiction)

Compensation
This is a salary-based position (not a fee-split arrangement). Compensation will becompetitive and commensurate with your experience.
