About Trevor Smith

Trevor has been helping spouses and parents navigate family law matters since 2008.

After graduating from the University of Victoria in BC, he articled and practiced at large firms in downtown Vancouver.
In 2011, he joined a leading Vancouver family law firm, where he spent two years before opening their Toronto office.
In 2016, he founded Smith Family Law to provide clients with the focused attention they deserve.

Licensed in Ontario & BC

Although Trevor is licensed to practice law in both Ontario and BC, he is currently only accepting new clients who:

• Live in Ontario, or
• Have a spouse, child, or real estate in Ontario involved in a family law dispute.
